Both components are turned on, the receiver is plugged into your toy or device and then it can be activated by the switch without any wires getting in the way. The Big Beamer features long battery life with built-in sleep mode and unique wireless code. It has an effective range of 10 m without line-of-sight or pointing required. Multiple users can activate switches at the same time without interfering with each other. Auditory, visual and tactile feedback is provided by the switch. Like the Big Red it has 4 interchangeable coloured tops
