Standard Phone Features

The Big Button Phone operates as a "standard" telephone - anyone in the house can use it.  It also has a range of features to assist people with sight, hearing, voice or physical impairment.  Features include:

• 3 One-touch memory buttons - dial your 3 "most important" numbers at the press of a button.
• 10 Two-touch memories.
• Hands-free speakerphone.
• Large easy see and use Dial Keys and function keys.
• High Adjustable Receiver Volume (higher than most phones)
• Automatic Gain Control and Low Frequency Boost to enhance audibility.
• Hearing Aid compatibility.
• Adjustable Loud Ringer.
• Selectable Ring Pitches.
• Ring Flasher.
• Voice Mode, allows microphone sensitivity to be adjusted, so faint voice can be heard more easily at the other end.
• Hot Key Answer - automatically answer calls when the phone is ringing simply pressing any button.
• Headset Mode; note that switching to headset mode disables hands-free speakerphone mode and vise versa. Carer support may be required to switch between modes.
