The
Magic Touch CLIP Switch is a DIY version of our Mini Magic Touch
Switch. Instead of a sensor plate we have fitted a clip which can
attach to a small metal object and turn it into a touch switch. This allows the user and support person to explore their creativity in finding the perfect touch sensor that best suits their specific needs.
The Magic Touch CLIP Switch works well for people needing a specific touch contact. It was originally designed for use with a metal probe inserted into a face mask so the user could summon help by touching the contact inside their mask with their tongue or lips.
The sensor weighs an insignificant 5 grams, and connects with a light durable silicone cable. A LED built into the sensor makes it easy to see when it is activated.
This extremely sensitive touch switch requires absolutely no pressure. It can be operated by touching the sensor.
