The Magic Wand Switch suits a wide range of applications where the user can touch the metal end of the probe with bare skin; usually the hand, arm or face. Large as well as very limited movements, as small as 5mm can be detected.
The Magic Wand Switch senses contact with the sensor and does not need active pressure on the switch to operate it. This makes the Magic Wand Switch a good choice for people with very limited or weak movements.
An audible ‘beep’ feedback can be turned on or off as required.
The magic Wand Switch runs for months (depending on frequency of use) on 2 x AA batteries. It also has a low battery warning light. The switch can be used free standing or fitted to any of our mounting systems using the built in 1/4 inch mounting boss.
This new version is now supplied with two wands- one is a flexible goose-neck and the other is more rigid and springy.
