Connects between the Switch Scanning and IR Bed Controller and Linak OpenBus systems. The interface provides a port for the original handset and can map handset button presses to SBC functions.

V2 can handle multiple buttons at once and remain operating if the bed enters a low power mode.

This interface connects between our Switch Scanning and IR Bed accessibility equipment and Linak OpenBus systems. The interface provides a port for the original handset and can map handset button presses to SBC functions. It is part of a system which enables people who are unable to use a conventional handset to independently control their motorised bed or chair.


"OpenBus" is a proprietary system owned by Linak. This interface is designed and manufactured by Technical Solutions. It is not supported or endorsed by Linak.  It has been tested with many Linak Openbus systems for compatibility, but we cannot guarantee it will work with all beds. We will happily refund a purchase in full if it doesn't work with your bed.
