This Nurse Call interface allows you to use just one switch to operate an ECU (Environment Control Unit) as well as a Nurse Call system or other alarm. This unit is designed to interface between any one of our special switches and almost any nurse call system, call buzzer or duress alarm. Suitable for use in hospitals, nursing homes, supported accommodation or private homes. (Switch sold separately)
The interface has one switch sock,et where the switch is plugged in, and two switch output leads. one lead will plug into your ECU while the second will plug into the Nurse Call wall point or other alerting device.
Switch activations of a brief duration will control the scanning device as if the switch were plugged directly in to it.
A longer sustained switch press will activate the second output and the call.
