This switch  is activated by pressing on the top foam surface. The smooth, soft surface makes this a nice switch for head or cheek activation. It is also suitable for people who hit a switch hard and need to soften the impact. The switch  comes with a beige coloured suede-like fabric cover, and a safety pin and Velcro attached to the underside for easy fastening to a pillow or wheelchair cushion. Tactile and auditory feedback is provided when the 7.5cm activation surface is pressed. Slimmer and firmer than the Cuddly Switch that may be used in some similar circumstances.
